"Horizontální linie v pravidelných odstupech jsou členěny na různobarevné úseky. Délky jednotlivých barevných úseček jsou vymezeny pomyslnými ornamentálními linkami, které se ve vrstvách kříží a strukturují plochu. V tomto cyklu jsem pracoval se stejně širokými proužky i mezerami mezi nimi. Kolmé hranice, oddělující jednotlivé barevné plochy, nabyly na významu
a proužky začínáme vnímat spíše jako pásy či plochy. Původní obrazová skladba vychází z organických ornamentálních linií. Ta je však znečitelněna kolmým dělením pruhů a navíc je z ní ,žaluziovým efektem' zviditelněno maximálně padesát procent."

"Regularly-spaced horizontal lines are divided into sections of different colours. The lengths of the individual coloured segments are defined by imaginary ornamental lines, which cross in layers and structure the surface. In this cycle I used the same width for the strips and the gaps between them.
The vertical borders separating individual coloured blocks have became more important. We begin to see the original strips more as bands or blocks. The original composition is based on organic ornamental lines, but it has been made illegible by the vertical division of the strips, and moreover due to the 'louvre effect' only 50% of it at most is visible."
